Cindy Varnell

It’s exciting to be part of Keller Williams Realty where as a family we share the values of “God, Family and Business”.  Balance in what is valued is important and leads to a “win-win approach”.  Giving, serving and helping others provide me the greatest joys within my business. 

I enjoy serving within my church by leading Women Studies and serving over 30 families a hot meal and groceries at the Care Pantry.  For fun, my husband and I enjoy tennis, fishing, our two children and four grandchildren. 

Living in the Triangle since 1990 where there are so many real estate opportunities, I embarked into the real estate profession in 1999.  Having a service-industry background and being wired simply to help others I found being a Realtor® a natural fit.  The relationships I have built during my career are founded upon placing value on the customer above my own personal gains.  These relationships are the gemstones that extend beyond the closing table.

I bring experience in both new construction and the re-sale markets, specializing in the surrounding Wake, Johnston and Harnett counties. My goal is for every client to buy and sell smart by finding solid investments.  I work hard to provide information so every customer can determine if the market conditions will meet their real estate needs.  “It’s not just about what you buy today but about what your investment will be tomorrow!”
